Appointment Policies

Booking

Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their service time reduced to not extend into the next client’s slot. We strive to accommodate late arrivals as best as possible, but beyond 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee applied.
